Mol Parker-Kafka (they/them/theirs) is a queer, non-binary attorney who dreams of the day the legal system and prisons no longer exist. Mol believes interdependency is the path forward in making sure people have what they need, are safe, and able to thrive. They graduated from CUNY School of Law in 2014. Their time at CUNY shaped their commitment to lawyering as a method of harm reduction. They feel strongly that the people they support through the legal process are experts of their own lives and should be respected and honored as such. Along with lawyering, they also love to quilt, sing, and connect with people over a delicious meal.
